Really nice, exceeded expectations Positive: Really great location, easy to get everywhere, quite and safe neighborhood. Nearby K market has nice ready food selection. Easy to get from railway station. Getting extra hours of check in was easy Negative: There could be a bit more forks at the place. Some people had issues with using app to open door, but we had a key

Pleasant stay Positive: Very comfortable apartment on the 6th floor, well equipped for families: baby cot, high chair, utensils, and a potty in the bathroom. The beds and duvets were as comfortable as in a 4-star hotel, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, plus some extras likely left by previous guests. Location is good with a supermarket around the corner, a farmer's market and railway station. Would come again. Negative: Upon arrival we had some trouble opening both the front door and the apartment door. Even after following the instructions, they wouldn’t budge at first. Luckily, customer service was able to open them remotely, and after that we had to use a physical key for the rest of our stay, but it spoiled the first impression a bit. Also housekeeping came knocking on the door twice to do final cleaning when it was not supposed to.
